Year after year Canada has remained a leading country in terms of participation. For us the moment of Earth Hour is a bit like an environmental New Year, providing a chance to reflect on how our planet is faring and what new or renewed commitments we can make to help.

Participating in Earth Hour can help Nunavut Arctic College create a sustainable culture where students and staff become conscious that even small gestures can help reduce their carbon footprint on campus.
